Martin & Zerfoss is looking for an Internal Service Representative for our growing benefits department.
The duties for this position include, but are not limited to benefit administration, marketing benefits for new business and renewals, assisting in open enrollment, as well as other administrative responsibilities to assist the department.
Key competencies for this position include being service oriented, the ability to maintain high standards in the quality of work despite pressing deadlines, possess a strong attention to detail, and being able to manage your own time, priorities and resources to achieve goals.
Skills necessary for this position include experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Microsoft Word. 3-5 years in customer service is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree is preferred.
