Background
Taylor Shomaker has spent his entire professional career in the event and entertainment industry. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Taylor joined AC Entertainment, now Live Nation, a Knoxville, TN based concert and festival promotion company. While at AC Entertainment, Taylor gained experience in every aspect of events and concert/festival promotion, serving as VP of Operations, Festival Director, Production Director/Manager, Festival Operations/Security & Safety Manager, Festival Risk Manager, Contracts & Insurance Manager, Talent Buyer, and Concert Promoter. These roles gave Taylor hands-on experience dealing with the challenges of the event and music industry, and solidified his passion for protecting the safety and security of all fans, artists, businesses, and staff at events, festivals, and concerts. Taylor works every day to tailor programs to protect each client’s immediate and long term future.

As a risk manager with boots on the ground experience, Taylor has become an invaluable resource for all of his clients. Taylor uses his knowledge and expertise to craft tailored and comprehensive risk management solutions for each of his clients. And when an issue arises, Taylor is passionate about helping his clients address problems and navigate the claims process in their time of need.

Taylor lives in Nashville, TN with his wife, Brooke. In his spare time you can most likely find him on the golf course, snow skiing, fly fishing, going to concerts, and of course cheering on his lifelong favorite Tennessee Vols.
