Taylor graduated from Miami University with a degree in Health Promotion and began working in the Health Insurance Industry in 2016. She joined the Martin & Zerfoss team in 2022 as a Benefits Account Manager & Consultant.

She has a well-rounded background in the insurance industry working with benefit administration systems, insurance carriers and now with a benefits brokerage.
