Background
Christy began her career in her hometown of Chicago in 1989, and has been a loyal employee of Martin & Zerfoss for over 20 years. She received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification in 1997, and received her Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance (CAPI) designation from the Wharton School & Chubb Insurance, in 2015. To keep her hands on the pulse, Christy has served on the CHUBB Agency Council since 1997; as well as being an active member of the Insurors of Nashville Pencil Partner Council (2009-2011), supporting Tom Joy Elementary School.

Christy has created and managed a specialized unit providing agents access to high net worth products for their affluent clients. She has developed long lasting relationships with her agents based upon trust and commitment.
