Background
Andrew is a Jackson, TN native and a 2008 graduate of The University of Tennessee. After college, Andrew remained in Knoxville for almost 7 years working for organizations in various inside and outside sales roles. In 2014, Andrew began working in the PEO industry, which was his introduction to Employee Benefits & HR.
Expertise
Andrew feels strongly that we, as consumers, need to aid in fixing the broken healthcare system. He says we can start by educating employees on how to be better healthcare consumers and by giving more attention to accessibility of care. He aims to spread awareness while doing his part to combat rising insurance costs. He prides himself in his genuine approach to partner with his clients long-term, not to be just another “vendor”.
The Best Part of My Job
My position at M&Z allows me to do a variety of things with all sorts of incredible businesses and people. I focus on building relationships with business executives and owners to understand them at their core to best determine their unique Employee Benefits & HR needs. Through those conversations, we create opportunities and solutions that enhance productivity and profitability for our clients.
I am committed to working with each client through a direct and strategic approach. My overall goal is to bring transparent answers and long-term solutions to reverse the status quo of Employee Benefits.
On the Side
I enjoy playing basketball and golf, taking our dog on walks, a good patio happy hour, and soaking up all of the family moments I can with my wife, Laura, my daughter, Olivia, and my son, Hayes. As an avid sports fan, I also enjoy taking years off of my life by being a die-hard UT fan. Go Vols!
